The following photographs of are of Pandharpur Sri Vittal Temple, Maharashtra. The famous Vaishnava Diety, Vittalarao and the Lakshmi & Sarasvathi temples are very famous. 

Pandharpur is about 220 kms from Pune on National Highway 9, Pune to Solapur route. On Wednesdays and Ekadasi days are considered very auspicious in Pandharpur. A large devotees assemble here for the Lord's darshan during these days.

Darshan Timings: Morning 6 to 7, 8 to 11, 11.15 to 4.30 -  Evening 5.00 to 7.00 pm, 7.30 to 10.00 p.m & 10.30 to 11.00 p.m.

 These photographs are a treasure that  I obtained from Sri. N. Raghunathan, IAS. (Navalpakkam Patrachariar).

 I am thankful to Mr. N. Raghunathan, IAS (of Navalpakkam Patrchariar) for providing the above rarer than rarest photographs to share with general public. It is a treasure indeed to have these photographs in one's desktop!
