was pleasantly surprised to know about this website from my sister at

On the aspect of Poonal - I would suggest that apart from the angle of
the Kidney control - do elaborate on the importance and the great asset
that one gets from childhood - of meditation with exercise ( like surya
namaskar) by doing the three SANDHYA VANDANAMS - !!!
daily - I was told that if one can do this regularly - it is the
greatest prevention medicine for the health of a
person - although I have no medical analogies to quote.
